چکیده

internet advancement and publication of bibliographic and full text databases in this new medium by different providers and at the same time, increases in the expenditure of subscription to these databases, has caused libraries to be careful about which database(s) to subscribe and which ones not to. choosing the best version among different versions available has become very important. this article will talk about the specifications that that the databases must have when the librarians want to subscribe them.
